tinatedlargelogo 2

From the day her 13-year-old-daughter, Megan took her own life after being cyberbullied by an adult neighbor pretending to be a boy, Tina Meier has passionately shared Megan's story, transforming awareness into action and creating systematic change.

Please join the Megan Meier Foundation's efforts to end bullying, cyberbullying and suicide.  Together, we will continue empowering youth, parents and educators to use their voices to take a stand and help themselves or someone they know who is being bullied, cyberbullied or has thoughts of self-harm or suicide.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that ring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, Ted Talks video, and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
